UAF Foundation Holds Strategic Fundraising Session

Throughout the day, the team, with expert guidance from trainer Uliana Movchan of Connection Agency, reviewed the results achieved throughout the Foundation’s work, discussed the strengths and challenges of its current processes, and explored new opportunities to diversify its funding sources.

The session also focused on identifying effective approaches to engaging potential partners and donors who could contribute to the Foundation’s social initiatives.

The next step is to develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy that will help the UAF Foundation build partnerships more systematically and attract resources more effectively to support the implementation of large-scale and unique social projects.

The strategic session was held as part of the “Strong Civil Society of Ukraine – a driver towards reforms and democracy” project, implemented by ISAR Ednannia with funding from Norway and Sweden. The project aims to strengthen the capacity of civil society and charitable organizations and support Ukraine’s recovery and democratic development.
